Aion Rosso Conero DOC 2018 Organic


Area of production: Marche, Conero

Producer: Moroder

Grape varieties: 85% Montepulciano, 15% Sangiovese

Vinification: 4-5 days maceration on the skins with daily pumping-over, followed by full malolactic fermentation 

Ageing: 8 months in steel and cement tanks

Alcohol content: 13.5% abv


Appearance: ruby red with purple tinge

Nose: aromas of wild cherry, prune, hoary stock

Palate: fresh, soft, balanced and sapid

Food pairing: pasta, pizza, vegetarian dishes, risotto, white meat, medium-aged cheese.

Serving temperature: 12 - 14 °C
