Vinification: The grapes are harvested in August, and undergo a spontaneous fermentation. After 4 months in stainless steel tanks on the fine lees, it is bottled.

Appearance: Straw yellow with golden reflections
Nose: Aromas of fresh flowers and fruits, followed by citrus notes, ripe peach, cedar, grapefruit, lime peel.
Palate: It is a full-bodied wine, strong and powerful, with a great balance between freshness, flavour and mellowness. Minerally with hints of aromatic herbs and a balsamic note. Long finish, pleasantly citrussy and herbaceous.
