Barolo DOCG 2014 is the result of a selection of the best grapes from a vineyard located in Bussia Soprana between Monforte d'Alba and Castiglione Falletto, one of the best areas for Barolo. 2014 was a great vintage. This wine will continue to develop and improve for many years.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: garnet red with orange reflections that are accentuated during its evolution.
Nose: intense and clear with floral scents reminiscent of pink and violet; over time fruit hints prevail: cherry and cooked plum, then aromas of undergrowth and aromas of vanilla and pepper.
Palate: rich in body with a dry taste, full, robust but also velvety, harmonious and enveloping.
Food pairing: game, meat, truffles, cheese.
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C.
