The 4 Bordeaux varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot) meet on the hills of the Marche to produce a complex and intense red wine that amazes from the first taste. The 4 varieties are harvested in September and fermented in steel tanks for about 10 days. After gentle pressing, they are aged in French oak wood for 12 months and then in bottle for 60 months.
