The 4 Bordeaux varieties (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot) meet on the hills of the Marche to produce a complex and intense red wine that amazes from the first taste. The 4 varieties are harvested in September and fermented in steel tanks for about 10 days. After gentle pressing, they are aged in French oak wood for 12 months and then in bottle for 60 months.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested in September and fermented on the skins, then gently pressed after 10-15 days.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: Intense red colour with dark reflections.
Nose: Complex on the nose, with aromas of berries, red fruits, spices, pepper and an intense balsamic note.
Palate: Soft, complex and long-lasting on the palate. Well balanced between alcohol and acidity, very deep structure. The finish is long.
Food pairing: Seasoned cold cuts, game and spicy meats, blue cheese. Excellent as an accompaniment to 90% dark chocolate.
