Dogliani Superiore DOCG is the result of a selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyard of a family-run farm. Their 35 hectares of organic vineyards face south-west, on calcareous soils at 400 metres above sea level and the vines are 50 years old, giving great depth of flavours.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: intense ruby red.
Nose: dark sweet black fruit, black pepper, chunky, dense and toasty notes.
Palate: Malbec style, full, rich, robust, with big Dolcetto structure, classic astringent bitterness, young and powerful, violet, lavender and black pepper finish.
Food pairing: meat dishes, grilled or roasted chicken, pasta, risotto, vegetarian dishes, mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C.
