An intense, elegant and soft wine, composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Once the grapes have been harvested in the first half of September, they are fermented on the skins in steel tanks. Gently pressed after 10-15 days, the wine is then aged in French oak barrels and tonneaux for 24 months followed by a further 12 months in bottle.

Nose: Complex and persistent, with floral notes and aromas of bush fruits such as blueberry and raspberry, followed by leather, spices and coffee. Balsamic notes on the finish.
Palate: Soft, silky, enveloping tannin; notable complexity and a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. Persistent with a long finish.
Food pairing: Recommended with stewed meat, small game and medium-aged soft cheeses.
