Inssieme ia a Supertuscan wine made by Italian-Brazilian Nick Salussolia and his oenologist Paolo Marchi, who took an unusual blend of varieties and turned them into vinous gold. The vineyardis in the Tuscan hills, at 350-400 metres above sea level, giving excellent eposure to the sun for full ripening of the grapes.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Colour: deep ruby red, with purple reflections.
Nose: black fruits (blackberry and blueberry) and ripe red fruits mixed violet and intense spicy notes. In background balsamic, mineral sensations are fused with underwood notes.
Palate: full-bodied and very soft, with well-structured tannins, ripe and crunchy. Intense sweet and fruity sensations mixed with a peppered spice, roasted coffee and chocolate notes. Long, persistent aftertaste.
Food pairing: vegetarian dishes, pasta, risotto, meats, medium aged cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C.
