Barbera Langhe DOC is the result of a selection of the best grapes from a small, family-run, organic, hill vineyard on calcareous soils.The vines are over 50 years old, giving complexity to the wines. The excellent 2016 vintage will have a long evolution.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: intense ruby red, which tends to garnet with ageing.
Nose: firm, fruity: ripe black cherry and blackberry; hints of liquorice and tobacco;
Palate: dense in the glass; a warm, robust and soft wine, already good just a few months after the harvest, with ageing it will develop its full character and personality.
Food pairing: pasta with meat and tomato sauces, pizza, meat dishes, medium-aged cheese.
Serving temperature: 16 - 18 °C.
