ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: Intense dark red
Nose: Aromas of ripe hedgerow fruit, blackcurrant and blackberry, with a hint of sage.
Palate: fresh acidity, soft tannins, mouth-filling flavour, complex and persistent.
Food pairing: Allow to breathe at least one hour before drinking. A good partner for vegetable pie, meat stews and red meat in general.
