This wine is 100% Erbaluce, a native white grape variety mentioned in official documents as far back as the 17th century. It produces an interesting, refreshingly vibrant wine with floral notes, citrus, apple and stone fruit character, making it very pleasant to drink year-round.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: bright straw yellow with golden lights
Nose: citrus, white peach, aromatic herbs and flowers (broom, hawthorn), cut grass
Palate: light, fragrant, very fresh and flavoursome
Food pairings: as an aperitif or with fish and vegetable dishes, and dishes flavoured with moderately strong flavours like lemon, saffron and herbs. Can be kept 2-3 years but perfect now.
