This wine comes from high-quality Timorasso grapes grown in the hills of south-eastern Piedmont. A few years ago this ancient and rare native variety was virtually unknown but now it is considered one of the most distinctive white varieties in Piedmont.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: straw yellow.
Nose: floral, blossom, mineral, apple, not dense but vibrant.
Palate: great palate showing a clean and mineral laden style with savoury edges, lightly nutty (almond).
Food pairing: vegetarian dishes, spaghetti, risotto, seafood, white meat, light and medium-aged goat cheese.
Serving temperature: 10 - 12°C.
