Produced near the city of towers, from vines grown on gentle slopes at 250 metres above sea level, this wine is made from the native Vermentino variety. The grapes are picked early to maintain their delicate freshness.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: straw yellow.
Nose: sage, basil, mint, apple, pear.
Palate: smooth, rounded with good acidity in balance.
Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif or with raw and marinated shellfish, grilled or baked fish, grilled squid or prawns, spaghetti or linguini with crab and other pasta dishes with seafood, pasta or gnocchi with pesto, spring and early summer vegetables such as asparagus, peas, beans, fennel, artichokes.
