Produced from the local Vernaccia variety, this wine expresses its terroir nobly. Grown in cool south-east and north-facing vineyards at 300 metres above sea level on loamy soil, the grapes are picked quite early to preserve their fresh fruit character.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE:
Appearance: straw yellow.
Nose: fresh and fruity with hints of apple, lemon, apricot and acacia flowers.
Palate: classic, light, clean and fresh.
Food pairings: fish fried, grilled or poached, chicken, pasta, prosciutto, risotto, artichokes, asparagus, beans and other vegetables with herbs, salads with oil dressing, mature goat's cheese and Pecorino.
