The grapes for Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva are grown in cool, north-west facing vineyards on clay-loamy soils and picked when they reach the perfect balance of sugar and acidity to give a wine for drinking now or keeping 2-3 years.

Palate: very rich, fresh, balanced and persistent.
