Zero Rosso Conero DOC 2018 Organic/Low Sulphite


Area of production: Marche, Conero

Producer: Moroder

Grape varieties: 100% Montepulciano

Vineyard: 3 ha facing south-east, planted in 1997

Vinification: the grapes are manually-harvested in early October and the wine is gently pressed after 7-8 days maceration on the skins with daily pumping-over, followed by full malolactic fermentation. No sulfur is used before bottling.

Ageing: 5 months in cement tanks

Total sulfur content: 3 mg/l

Alcohol content: 13% abv


Appearance: Deep purple colour

Nose: Fragrant, with pure grape aromas

Palate: Fresh and fruity, very clean

Food pairing: pasta, pizza, vegetarian dishes, risotto, white meat medium-aged cheese

Serving temperature: 12 - 14 °C
